It's very quiet and usually not busy up there. I haven't been to any of the classes but have heard from friends that they are very good. I'll make it a point to try one or two and come back and write my personal experience. The childcare is awesome. The ladies are amazing and my kids love it in there. My oldest son pressures me into going to the gym just so he can go to the childcare and play. The area is really big and they have tons of toys and activities for every age.
